In order to keep our park an attractive place to live for all, we ask you to observe the following rules & regulations:
- Parking is limited to your site or cabin space. Please do not park in empty RV sites as they are regularly rented out. Extra vehicles must park in the overflow parking area near the Club Haus or ask a manager. Limited, long term parking or storage is available for a fee.
- All guests must keep the noise & music to a level that does not bother their neighbors, even more so during ’quiet time’. Quiet time is considered from 10:00pm thru 7:00am.
- All cabins, motel rooms, RV sites and campers must maintain a level of cleanliness around their units. The park does not allow the accumulation of or storage of any items around or underneath your unit. This includes hanging clothes lines.
- For your convenience there is a large, trash dumpster located behind cabin 4 in the lake view RV site. If you are a long term guest please remove your trash regularly.
- When using the Bath Haus restrooms and showers, please clean up after yourself.
- No barbeques are allowed on any decks.
- No pets are allowed in our lodging units however, pets are allowed in your RV. Please see attached Pet Policy.
- Fighting, the possession of drugs or illegal firearms is against the law and is not tolerated.
- The local phone number for emergencies is Comal County Sheriff office, 830-885-4883.
- If you are a long term residents and staying in one of our lodging units, then you understand and agree that you must check out of the unit every 28 days and check back in by simply completing a new registration card every 28 days.
As a long term resident and staying in one of our lodging units, then you understand and agree that Bunk Haus manager or owner has the right to enter your room when you are not there for routine maintenance.
Rules and Regulations
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 7 days of a scheduled arrival date are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation fee. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival are subject to the equivalent payment of the first night’s site/room rental. In addition, all other cancellations are subject to a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee. Please contact the property direct for any cancellations prior to your arrival to be considered for any refund.
No Show Policy:
NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS.
Change Policy:
No service charges are applied for changes to reservations.
Pet policy:
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, however dogs that bark excessively or are aggressive or disruptive will not be permitted in the park. Pets must always be leashed when they are outside your RV and waste must always be properly disposed of. Pets may not be left unattended outside your RV. Uncontrolled, excessive barking (inside or outside your RV) is not tolerated. Pet owners who do not comply with our pet policies will be asked to leave the pet at home or leave the park.
RV’s may not be more than 15 years old and must meet our safety and appearance standards. We do not allow RV’s smaller than 26 feet, tents, popups, vans, pickup or stock trailer campers. RV’s must be self-contained. Sewer rings are mandatory for sewer hookups and leaks of any type are strictly prohibited. A maximum of 6 people per site and tents are NOT allowed on RV sites.
